The One with the Suitcases

Elizabeth & Lindberg (aka Berg), are gettin’ hitched. This über-stylish couple found these incredible antique suitcases in their attic, and when they got to the shoot, they opened them up and found some treasures inside from Lindberg’s grandfather’s travels. These suitcases became the centerpiece to the shoot: the beginning of their journey.

It wasn’t just the sun that heated things up on this unusually bright and hot afternoon in San Francisco.  After a few afternoon martinis, things got a bit sultry and steamy and we just ran with it!  The end product was this incredibly sexy vintage photo shoot.

One thing I adore about vintage photos is how well they fit in any context. They’d look adorable framed in white, hanging in a shabby chic beach cottage, and also would look incredible printed on canvas and hung in an edgy urban loft.  So wherever you are in time, this style of photograph will always be a classic.
